Billing and Plan Changes

Have an owner or manager on your account sign into the web portal at inbox.numa.com and then go to Settings > Billing.

There you can see your current license and plan information and make changes to your billing information. If you purchased Numa through one of our partners - such as your phone provider - you may need to contact that provider to make changes.
