Yes! You can always review what Numa knows about your business and control how Numa will auto-reply to questions, if at all.
Sign in to your account at inbox.numa.com. Go to the Settings > Questions & answers. Click through to review the topics that Numa thinks may be relevant to your business and what answer Numa knows, if any.
For any topic that Numa knows an answer to, you'll also find a toggle for adjusting whether Numa auto-replies or merely suggests the response to you and your employees. The former saves you time and is only used when Numa is quite confident of a match. The latter is good if you prefer to be more conservative about Numa's auto-replies or want the opportunity to review and craft every outbound answer.
