Handling incoming orders
- Navigate to the incoming orders screen
- Click Accept or Reject for the order (swipe to the right to view multiple orders)
- Optional: Print the order
- Optional: Adjust the pick-up time
Printing the order
Click on the printer icon on the top right corner of the order ticket. If there is ever an issue with printing you can always reprint an order.
Adjusting the pick-up time
When the order is accepted the customer will receive a text message indicating that the order will be ready based on the configured pick up time. For example: If the pick-up time is set for 20min, then the customer will be notified that their order will be ready in 20min.
