Eatmoji has order jail. If one or more customers attempts to make an order during business hours and you do not respond within 30 minutes to the order request:

  1. The order is cancelled

  2. Customer is refunded and notified that something happened—we recommend them to call the restaurant

  3. Ordering is disabled for your business—a big red box will appear in your ordering tablet to notify you

  4. Ordering remains disabled until you either turn it back on (there's a button in the big tablet red box) or at the start of the next calendar day of operation

  5. Until ordering turns back on, any customer who attempts to make an order will be told you are not currently taking orders
