Customers will receive text messages at the following times:
Order Request: Customers will receive a text message that includes a link to their customized Eatmoji menu when they ask to place an order.
Order Completion: When the customer has completed their order the customer will be notified that it has been sent to the restaurant and is awaiting a response from the restaurant.
Restaurant Accept: When the order is accepted by the restaurant the customer will be notified that their order has been accepted and when it can be picked up.
Restaurant Reject: When the order is rejected by the restaurant the customer will be notified that their order has been declined and their payment refunded.
Restaurant Unresponsive: When an order hasn't been acted on by the restaurant within 10min of ordering the customer will receive a notification that if they haven't heard from the restaurant in 20min their order will be canceled and refunded. See What if I miss an order? for more information.
