Setup Instructions

To instruct Spectrum Mobile to forward missed calls to Numa ("Call Forwarding No Answer"):

  1. Enter *71, followed by your 10-digit Numa number (For example: *71-303-123-5555)

  2. Tap the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone and message.

  3. End the call.

How to Confirm It's Working

You can place a test call by going to Settings > Phone numbers > Test my setup or call your business's phone number from your personal phone. If nobody answers, you should hear your Numa Voicemail greeting.

Troubleshooting

Contact your phone provider and have them double check that forwarding was set up properly and is active on your line.

Turn Off Call Forwarding

Dial *73 and tap the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
