You can view your business's messages from any internet connected phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

From a Computer

  • Go to inbox.numa.com
  • Sign in with your email address and the Numa password you chose when you created your account
  • All your messages can be found in the Inbox tab
  • Tip: If you would like to receive browser notifications when a new customer messages comes in, you can turn on the Browser Notifications setting within Settings

From a phone or tablet

  • Download the Numa app from your device's app store (Google Play, App Store)
  • Launch the app
  • Sign in with your email address and the Numa password you chose when you created your account
  • All your messages can be found in the Inbox tab
  • As long as you stay signed in to your account on your device, you will receive notifications when new customer messages come in
