To text enable a phone number that is currently being used by Zipwhip follow the following steps.

  1. Send an email to and include “Request to Release Line” in the subject line.

  2. You should likely also include your account info and phone number in that request.

The Zipwhip support site provides additional information on how to do this. 

Once that is done. Please reach out to the Numa support team and let us know that SMS capabilities have been released so we can complete the text enablement process.
