1. Go to an existing or start a new conversation with your customer

  2. In the new message field of the conversation, select Shortcuts

  3. In the list of shortcuts, choose Start Video Chat

Numa currently supports Zoom as a video conferencing provider. To start a video chat with a customer, you'll provide Numa your Zoom Personal Meeting Identifier. Numa will remember this and automatically insert a link to the Zoom video conference in future uses of the video chat shortcut.
