Numa allows you to leave notes that are not visible to the customer within a conversation. This allows your team to communicate directly in a conversation so that you have all the context of the messages.

To create a note simply press on the little "Note" button within the reply area.


You can use an "@" sign to mention a teammate within a note. They'll get notified that they were mentioned and the message will show up in their "@ Mentions" inbox.
